Pricing and Contract

Nightly Rates:

Rates are negotiable for longer bookings. Corporate Rates are available.
Minimum 3 night bookings apply.

Payment Options
- direct debit (preferred) , cash, cheque, or credit card (Master card or Visa)

Bond and Security
- The booking form and the Terms and Conditions report must be completed and signed
- A refundable bond of $500 or a credit card is required as security.  It will ONLY be used or charged if booking conditions are not met.

Deposit
A minimum deposit of 25% of the full Accommodation Cost must be received to secure a booking.  The remaining 75% plus bond must be paid, in full, 30 days prior to your arrival. 

Our full terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy will be sent to you with our bookings forms when you wish to make a reservation.

The rates include crisp, quality bed linen and fluffy bath towels, free wireless broadband and free use of the phone for local calls.
