Depending on how you feel during your stay, you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquillity the ocean has to offer from your balcony, or make the most of the numerous adventures in the area.

Within walking distance of the house is:

• The departure jetty for “Rockingham Wild Encounters” a very popular tour that takes you out to swim with the wild dolphins.
• Cape Perron for scenic walks, rock fishing and snorkeling.
• The Shoalwater Island Marine Park to visit Seal Island and Penguin Island.
• Carlisle Castle Shipwreck and other scuba diving sites.
• Lake Richmond – environmental walk.
• Tennis Court Hire and Ten Pin Bowling.
• Naragebup Rockingham Regional Environment Centre.

And within a short drive:

• Bonney's WA Water-ski Park.
• Rockingham City Shopping Centre.
• Peel Estate Winery for a winery tour.
• Port Kennedy Golf Course (one of many renowned courses in the area)
• Marapana Wildlife World – to touch and feel free ranging Australian wildlife (koalas, kangaroos, wombats and many more).
• Mandurah Foreshore reserve and Mandurah Canal tours
