Seahaven Palm Beach Villas are luxury beachside homes which accommodate up to 7 people. Unlike most of Perth coastline, Palm Beach faces north allowing the houses to enjoy magnificent views of Cockburn Sound and Garden Island without the full onslaught of the summer sea breezes. From the balcony you can sit back and watch the yachts sail by, look out for the friendly local dolphins and enjoy Perth’s colourful summer Sunsets or the warm winter sun.

• Three bedrooms , the master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with spa; two additional double bedrooms with a queen bed and ensuite in one and two single beds in the other.  A third single bed is also found in a private family room.

Although No 2 and No 4 are identical in structure they vary slightly in furniture.
